It’s been only a year since the ΔΕΗ Tour of Hellas returned to the international calendar and its dynamic presence didn’t pass unnoticed by Greece’s sporting, cultural and tourist industry.
On Thursday night (March 23), at the 2023 Sports Marketing Awards gala, four awards of recognition of excellence in the sports business were conferred on the Ministry of Sports, Cycling Greece (the Organising Committee of the Tour), and Kotsovolos, a major sponsor of the event,

The award was received on behalf of the Ministry of Sports and Cycling Greece by the Executive Director of the Tour, Nikos Kereres and the Head of Sponsorships, Pavlos Athanassoulas
The idea of the revival of the Tour was implemented by the Ministry of Sports under the leadership of the Deputy Minister, Lefteris Avgenakis, who supported this very demanding event by designating Cycling Greece as the organisers of the race.

The ΔΕΗ Tour of Hellas leaves its positive imprint on many levels and this will become even more obvious in this year's race, which starts on May 2 in Heraklion, Crete and ends on May 6 in Ancient Olympia.
The 2023 Tour includes a prologue, and four stages across landscapes of unparalleled beauty and world heritage sites of outstanding universal value.
