The ΔΕΗ International Tour of Hellas 2024 starts with the six-kilometre individual time trial held on the seaside road of Thessaloniki. The starting point is at the White Tower and the halfway mark is at the Concert Hall. The riders will then make a U-turn and finish next to the statue of Alexander the Great. On a completely flat course, the 120 riders will have their eyes set on the clock.

The first athlete will go out at 9:30 am and the others will follow in one minute at a time. After the completion of the first leg - where the first gap between riders in the general classification will have been created - the award ceremony for each category leaders will come next.
